
Dynamic Strategic Client Growth Leader

The role of Strategic Account Manager is a key position within our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused business development solutions.
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a unique blend of skills, expertise, and experience. You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value client accounts, collaborate with client-facing account teams, service line, and sector teams, and leverage your expertise in account management, pursuit, and business development to build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective account management strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused business development solutions
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including major sales campaigns and strategic partnerships
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably in professional services, insurance, or facilities sectors. You will also require excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and work effectively at an individual and group level.
Additional requirements include commercial awareness, understanding, and experience driving business development initiatives, proven experience in account management methodology, and a comprehensive understanding of CRM software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Tools.
