We are seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our team to provide high-quality painting services for residential properties.

">Key Responsibilities
  • To attend to all painting jobs within residential properties in a timely, safe and professional manner with minimal disruption to residents and staff.
  • To complete all assigned tasks including staining/painting timber work, cleaning and touching up painted surfaces throughout the properties.
  • To maintain all brushes and rollers in good condition and use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders and other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.
  • To respond properly to any property emergency or safety situation.
  • To perform other tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An experienced Painter with strong technical skills and knowledge of painting techniques.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • A valid first aid certificate would be an advantage.
