Senior Data & AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing various Data Warehousing and BI projects, as well as guiding clients on best practices around data ingestion and data management.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in several Data Warehouse technologies, as well as experience using the latest Cloud technologies. They should be a self-starter who loves to continually evaluate new technologies, innovate, educate, and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ETL solutions at client sites
  • Design and develop systems from business requirements analysis through implementation and ongoing support
  • Drive clarity of purpose and goals during release and planning activities

The successful candidate will have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for turning data into value. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and analyse complex datasets, and develop clear, compelling visualisations and reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Data & AI Engineer or similar role, with people management experience essential
  • Minimum 5 years development experience in ETL, SQL programming, systems integration, and Data Platform environments
