About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Oranmore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, serving, and thanking customers.
  • Maintain a tidy and secure shopping area by restocking shelves, tidying up spills, and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
