Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Technical Support Team Manager. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of our technical support team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day management of front-line support engineers, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage escalation processes to ensure effective resolution of complex customer issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in technical support management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the high-technology industry.

You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong understanding of routing, switching, and traffic monitoring concepts are also essential.
