Access Talent Group is looking for a talented Commercial Lead to drive commercial success and lead business growth initiatives. As a key member of the organization, you will develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders, as well as identifying new business opportunities and leading the negotiation of contracts and agreements.

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record of success in a commercial leadership position, preferably within the M&E industry. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic thinker mindset are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field is also required.
