Job Description:

We're seeking a results-driven professional to join our team in delivering exceptional community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional partners to drive operational projects in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.

You'll work directly with global teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements.

Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior, suggesting recommendations to improve operations.

Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.

Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.

Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community.

Build robust cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.

Develop an in-depth understanding of Exploitation issues and how they affect our community.

Address sensitive content issues, including graphic images, videos, and writings, offensive language, and other objectionable material.

This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
  • Experience in strategic initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis, or technical systems)
  • Experience communicating with various audiences, including engineering and technical teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
  • Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content

Preferred Qualifications:
