Organisation Development Manager

Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland is seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Executive to lead our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in developing and driving the organisation's strategy, with a focus on operational delivery and management.
The Deputy CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of organisational objectives and promoting high-quality services to our stakeholders. With a strong background in financial management and budgetary knowledge, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of the organisation's objectives and ensuring that required standards and targets are met.
As a senior accountable officer, the Deputy CEO will be responsible for deputising for the Chief Executive as appropriate and reporting to the Board of Directors when requested. They will also be responsible for working closely with the Board of Directors and the SBHI Management Team to ensure relevant and timely progress is achieved.
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic thinker who can build and maintain beneficial relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, regulators, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide strong and effective leadership and direction to staff.
