Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding resident expectations.
  • Manage incoming maintenance requests, communicate progress effectively to stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
  • Organise and oversee apartment check-out and check-in inventory reports.
  • Coordinate facilities management including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Raise work orders, purchase orders and manage invoice workflow efficiently.
Requirements

A key requirement for this position is a PRSA license, although not essential. A full clean driver's license and at least one year's experience as an Operations/Property Manager are also necessary.

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong MS Office skills with good system knowledge are required.
