Dromoland Castle Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves handling client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining client databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from potential clients about meeting spaces, accommodations, and event bookings
  • Direct each enquiry to the appropriate sales team member
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients
  • Maintain client databases and records, tracking interactions, bookings, and preferences
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events teams
  • Oversee the Site inspection list and share with all team members

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in same role
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of service standards and ability to work under pressure
