Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Commercial Support Lead to join our Sales Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Directors to deliver exceptional operational support across multiple FMCG accounts.
  • Provide expert support to Account Managers, resolving challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Standardise processes and embed service excellence across all accounts.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their confidence, capability, and performance.
  • Lead client onboarding and internal rollouts, ensuring seamless data and reporting flows.
  • Assist with key client review meetings, providing accurate and timely insights.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Warehouse, and Tactical teams to maintain aligned client delivery.
  • Support Account Directors in monitoring performance, driving cost efficiency, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or operations (FMCG experience highly valued).
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing talent.
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in implementing consistent processes and service standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Proactive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
