Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive business growth.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, writing and scheduling engaging posts, and analyzing results to optimize performance. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver clear and coherent messages and ensure consistency across all campaigns.

You will also be responsible for monitoring accounts, interacting with the community, and developing monthly editorial calendars and content plans based on client objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for organic growth and increasing engagement, and analyze results to develop performance reports and optimization proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing (in-house, agency or freelance).
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
  • Understanding of how algorithms work and what reach, engagement, and conversions mean.
  • Keen eye for design and analytical mind for interpreting numbers.
  • Organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets & Presentation, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and have own initiatives.
