The Role

This role will transform our site into a high-performing, technically sound, and conversion-focused machine that drives traffic, leads, and impact at scale. As a seasoned digital marketer, you will thrive at the intersection of strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), technical excellence, and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING business objectives through website strategy and roadmap development, partnering with web developers and marketing stakeholders to translate goals into a prioritized backlog for delivery.
  • Driving CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION to maximize lead capture across our site.
  • Owning the technical health of our website, monitoring and improving performance across core web vitals like site speed, Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Inactive Time (INP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).
  • Defining and executing a best-in-class technical SEO strategy, ensuring all pages are indexed, optimized, and ranking on the first page for high-value keywords.
  • Translating business objectives and search trends into a data-backed SEO content roadmap, partnering with the content team to create and optimize content that attracts, engages, and converts our audience at scale.
  • Staying ahead of the curve in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven search, keeping our website and content strategy primed for visibility in next-generation search results.
