Business Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team.

This 12-month fixed-term contract position has the potential to become permanent in 2026 and reports directly to the Global Senior Manager, Customer Services.

The role is based at our Microbial site in Dublin and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all CPQ quotes for designated territories with approval from Regional Managers.
  • Support translations and review of translations requested by Project Managers and Marketing teams for Sales Teams.
  • Complete Sales Operations Smartsheet tasks for Quality Agreements, SLAs, Contracts, Third-Party Reviews, and other essential activities.
  • Provide Salesforce support by creating Leads and Opportunities according to Account Managers' instructions; draft/create contacts; create Tasks for Account Managers; complete Competitor Information; assist with preparing product testing information; and clean up duplicate/triplicate accounts in Salesforce by submitting tickets to the Master Data Team.
  • Administer Tender support for European countries.
  • Assist new Customers with Accugenix Support: Web Portal Demo; Web Portal Account Creation Support.
  • Monitor new customers' buying behaviors after instrument installations and share analysis of sales consumption information (Nurture Program).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by contacting customers after instrument installation and address any further requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have prior experience in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Salesforce knowledge is essential, or equivalent system experience.
  • Language skills: English (written and spoken); Italian, French, or Spanish are required; an advantage if more than one language is known.
  • Basic school-level certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player, communicator, and collaborator.
  • Demonstrable experience of proven success in a similar role.
