Food Service Leader

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Leader to manage our food operations in the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the student and staff experience in a full-time position based in Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for food-related matters
  • Drive menu innovation and service enhancements to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor financial performance and produce monthly reports on food sales and expenses
  • Maximize revenue through strategic purchasing and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of food service professionals
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards across all food service areas
  • Handle HR responsibilities including training, appraisals, and performance management for food service staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food service or hospitality management, ideally within the education sector
  • Strong leadership and team development skills to drive business growth and excellence
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills to build strong partnerships
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Creativity and passion for menu innovation and service enhancement
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations including COSHH and HACCP to ensure compliance
