Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our team in EMEA. As an MDR, you'll be responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within a defined territory. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and develop a strategic plan to pursue them.
  • Bid on opportunities based on factors such as revenue potential, customer fit, and competition.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategy as needed to achieve goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and solution-selling tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
