Operations Support Specialist

Our client requires support in their Order Management department.
- The primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers ensures orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Customer service is provided through calls and emails while processing orders and completing tasks.
- Tasks are prioritized and multitasked effectively.
Qualifications: Bilingual Italian speakers with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable.
Key Skills: A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are essential.
Working Conditions: A hybrid model applies: 3 days per week from the Dublin office, and 2 days from home. The full-time training period takes place in the office.
