About Cpl Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced HR Process and Compliance expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving compliance initiatives across the EMEA region.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, identify compliance gaps, and design targeted implementation projects. To achieve this, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Operational, and Functional teams, to drive business impact and reduce risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR process and project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful compliance process projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying Compliance Gaps: Partner with EMEA Employment Legal and HR Compliance Leads to evaluate and identify compliance gaps, risks, and joint prioritization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Employee Success (HR), Business Technology, and other relevant functional teams to understand requirements, assess gaps, align on priorities, design end-to-end process solutions, and controls.
  • Project Setup & Program Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and manage end-to-end delivery of compliance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • End-to-End Process Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs across the value stream to map current and future-state processes, ensuring compliance requirements are identified and integrated for a more streamlined workflow.
  • Control Points and Frameworks: Identify, design, and implement optimal control points in our HR processes to ensure early detection of operational risks, escalation, remediation, and overall visibility of compliance adherence.
  • Collaborative Execution: Identify and bring together strong project teams, including subject matter experts and decision-makers, to jointly develop project plans, agree on milestones and decision points, and deliver program outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Process Design Skills: Skilled in facilitating solution design workshops and creating end-to-end process documentation and flowcharts for compliance initiatives.
