Service Delivery
We provide a free transport service to referred patients, identified as being in need by our hospital partners. As a member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing daily bookings from patients, processing patient referrals, engaging with our partner hospitals, processing financial support applications, and encouraging patient feedback on service delivery for continuous improvement. We value detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across multiple channels.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Receive and collate referral information from our partner hospitals ensuring patient database is up to date.
- Process patient referrals from our partner hospitals, making contact with the patient and taking booking information.
- Process daily patient bookings and input information on CRM (Dynamics) database
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls and emails responding to a large volume of incoming calls from an expanding patient base.
- Address logistic issues as they arise, ensuring proper procedures and quality standards are adhered to.
- Offer support to patients signposting them to other supports where appropriate.
- Provide cover within the Driver Support team if and when required.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Administer patient feedback surveys when required and collate the findings.
- Ensure continuous service improvement, through patient feedback and signposting to other services and supports.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our service delivery or operations.
