About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Transport Administrator. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our patient transport services.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily bookings of patient transport services, ensuring that referrals are processed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our partner hospitals, processing patient referrals, and engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will also be responsible for managing financial support grant applications, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing any logistical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will administer patient feedback surveys, analyzing findings to inform continuous service improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and volunteers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services.

Requirements:
  • Degree or professional qualification in social work, community development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in service delivery or community support
  • Understanding of patients' needs and empathy for those in difficult situations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
