Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovative Menu Creation: Develop diverse, tailored menus that exceed expectations.
  • Quality Ingredients Sourcing: Source the finest ingredients and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Food Safety Leadership: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Event Management: Organize themed food events and bespoke experiences.
  • Cost Control: Achieve and exceed gross profit targets while minimizing waste.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
  • Creative flair and passion for staying ahead of culinary trends.
