
Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents with severe and enduring mental illness and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
- A degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
- Eligibility for membership with the AOTI.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and other statutory regulations affecting healthcare organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
