Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to drive commercial processes, manage cost development during design stages, and deliver projects successfully.

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies for project delivery.
  • Liaise with design teams to ensure design development stays within budget.
  • Manage change processes to ensure all changes are commercially viable.
  • Support clients in their decision-making process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have +15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager with expertise in pre-contract cost management, client-facing consultancy, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage commercial processes during design stages.
  2. Manage cost development during design process.
  3. Liaise with design team to manage design development to budget.
  4. Work with digital tools for quantitative outtake and cost estimating.
  5. Support clients and other stakeholders in their decision-making.
  6. Manage change process to ensure all changes are commercialized.
  7. Be an integrated member of BIM process and advise on 5D.
  8. Contribute to the company's growth through client relationship management.
  9. Represent the company as a brand ambassador.
