Dublin Residential Development Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Left Project Manager in Dublin. This position involves overseeing large-scale commercial and residential projects across the city, working closely with a reputable contractor.
Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to schedule.
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
- Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, and coordinate weekly progress meetings and workshops.
- Ensure quality of work and coordinate with the Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.
- Third-level qualification in Construction Management or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in ROI.
- Ability to effectively manage site programmes and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Excellent IT skills and digital presentation abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
