Custody Client Service Team:
The Limerick-based team is responsible for delivering high-quality services to 650+ clients. The team works closely with internal teams to source information, ensuring prompt and effective responses to client queries. As a member of this team, you will own the custody relationship for assigned clients and serve as the point of consultation for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating frequent, proactive communication with clients
- Leading/conducting service reviews to ensure quality service delivery
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with critical business partners
- Tracking service and delivery results against project plans and SLD (Service Level Delivery)
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have several years' experience within Fund Services (preferably Custody) and comprehensive knowledge of the securities industry, its products, and instruments. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and influence change/best practice.
