Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time in accordance with corporate compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify that all payroll payments are processed correctly and efficiently
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports for external vendors
  • Develop expertise in payroll systems and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Train colleagues on payroll processes and systems as required
  • Work closely with Shared Services Teams, HR, Finance and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimize and harmonize practices, policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Desirable: Qualification in Payroll or Level 8 Degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in high-volume payroll processing and fast-paced environments
  • Essential skills include strong customer service, quality work ethic and technical skills, with ability to quickly learn new systems
