Job Title

This position is responsible for overseeing the development and success of district operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, strategic direction, and support to ensure profitable growth while enforcing company policies.

Cultivate a high-performing team, build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations through exceptional service. Drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and hire, train, and develop staff members.

  • Collaborate with account managers and production managers to plan and execute crew work assignments.
  • Pursue industry associations that foster business growth.
  • Emphasize customer service, teamwork, communication, ethics, and safety for clients and team members.

Key qualifications include a passion for growth, direct supervisory experience in grounds maintenance with a strong history of sales and account management performance, knowledge of best practices in landscape horticulture, and relevant licenses and certifications.

A valid driver's license and ability to complete first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses are also required.
