Warehouse Team Leader Position

The Warehouse Team Leader will play a key role in leading a dynamic team within our operations. This individual will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement.

The Team Leader will work closely with other departments to achieve company goals, streamline processes, and maintain a high standard of product quality. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. This includes ensuring production schedules and deadlines are met, working closely with the Warehouse Manager to assess resource allocation, and identifying potential bottlenecks.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

The Team Leader will ensure that all operations are in compliance with industry regulations. This includes maintaining high standards for product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence, implementing and monitoring corrective actions when required.

Process Improvement:

The Team Leader will identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce waste. This includes driving the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices, supporting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, and collaborating with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Reporting & Documentation:

The Team Leader will maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges. This includes preparing and presenting regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and team achievements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices in the MedTech industry.

Leadership & Management Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with mentoring and developing team members.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
