
Office Operations Manager

A highly skilled administrator is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate will have professional and personal skills to work alongside and communicate with staff at all levels, both verbally and through written word.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including reception duties and switchboard cover.
- Process and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Coordinate the shipment of IT equipment.
- Process documents for counter signatures.
- Assist Co Sec with obtaining signatures, arranging notaries, and apostilling documents.
- Support Senior Management with administrative tasks, off-site documentation, and liaison regarding office improvements and events.
- Source and manage office supplies and consumables.
- Organize internal events and manage facilities helpdesk tickets on our platform.
- Monitor access reports and administer employees/visitors access cards.
- Maintain health and safety compliance, including DSE assessments, risk assessments, fire safety, first aid, manual handling, and new joiner inductions.
- Oversee maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring a clean office environment.
- Manage contracts, review service levels, and complete purchase orders to ensure effective resource allocation.

- Technology Skills:
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Ability to work with diverse technology (switchboard, video conferencing, wifi).
- Capability to resolve simple technical problems and identify more complex issues and manage their resolution.
