Job Title: Strategic Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leadership development manager to drive our strategic talent management initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge leadership development programs that foster growth, retention, and succession planning.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leadership development, with expertise in program design, facilitation, and evaluation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and develop tailored solutions for leadership development.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership development, with a focus on talent management and succession planning.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
