**Job Title:** Front Office Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative hospitality professional to lead our Front Office team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service, delivering outstanding guest satisfaction, and training staff on key systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of hotel reservation and property management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the Front Office department
- Ensure all Front Office staff deliver outstanding service
- Train and manage the team on key systems
- Manage online booking channels and implement rate changes as needed
- Support the wider hotel team with effective communication
- Monitor and enhance guest experience through active management of reservations and issue resolution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a Front Office Management or Revenue Management role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel reservation and property management systems (Visual One, Avvio or similar)
- A guest-focused approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
