Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and motivate a team of professionals in Co. Leitrim.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Manage daily operations of the Front Office department, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and develop the team on key systems for data accuracy and efficient booking management.
  • Enhance guest experience through proactive management of reservations, check-ins/outs, and issue resolution.

We're looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual with previous experience in a Front Office Management or Revenue Management role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation and property management systems (Visual One, Avvio or similar).
