Front Office Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our hotel team as a Front Office Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a great team of professionals to achieve excellent service standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient arrival and departure procedures to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage reservations calls and provide high levels of guest care through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attend regular meetings with senior management to discuss hotel operations and drive performance improvements.
- Liaise with accommodation teams to ensure timely room allocation and availability.
- Promote hotel services and local activities to guests, enhancing their stay and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate filing and administration within the department.
- Recruit and train new team members to achieve excellent service standards.
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- A working knowledge of Front Office Systems is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
