Key Responsibilities:
  • Address supply chain problems of diverse scope, analyzing situations or data to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions to meet targets such as OTIF and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate across organizational, cultural, and geographic boundaries to optimize strategic supply chain results.
  • Introduce and integrate new technologies and processes as needed, supporting and developing inventory tactics aligned with business goals.
  • Provide input on planning and forecasting challenges to senior team members to promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage planning and control of materials and finished goods to meet OTIF and distribution demands; analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Generate necessary documents like work orders, purchase orders, and shipping documentation to facilitate supply chain activities.
  • Monitor progress with department supervisors, adjusting schedules and communicating changes based on production progress, change orders, and other conditions.
  • Make decisions using approved methods in line with company goals, such as inventory transfers, production schedules, and product prioritization.
  • Develop and implement programs with global planning, CMO suppliers, and internal teams to support continuous improvement activities.
