People Operations Manager

We are seeking a Strategic People Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to business groups, you will play a key role in developing and executing people strategy to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and alignment with overall goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HR strategies, goals, objectives, and projects in support of growth, people development, and increased engagement and retention.
- Partner with senior leaders within functional groups as coach and mentor.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals.
- Promote and cultivate positive and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to ensure a positive work culture exists within your business lines.
- Build relationships, advise, and coach employees and leadership on HR practices.
- 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with several years in a senior capacity, ideally within the technology or high-growth sector.
- Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset.
