Operational People Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our people operations team's remit across EirGrid. This role will work across all people processes within the People & Capability function with a focus on employee experience, customer service and data integrity.
Responsibilities:- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Responsible for quality data entry, maintenance and updating of information, ensuring a high level of data integrity is achieved in relation to all employee data.
- HRIS Expertise
- Become an expert user of the HR Information System from a people perspective to the point where system knowledge can be shared with team members.
- Query Monitoring and Analysis
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining queries from our People Operations mailbox and providing insights via analysis and usage statistics.
- Inter-Team Collaboration
- Support the interactions across the People Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure changes to employee terms and conditions and onboarding details are communicated in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks
- Support the team in the preparation and generation of key reports ensuring quality output, in time taking ownership for key reports.
- Own and manage specific administrative tasks in the team e.g. onboarding, offboarding, probation, purchase orders, protected leave.
- Confidential File Management
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of confidential files, ensuring that documentation and activities are captured and managed carefully.
