Your Role at a Glance:
The key ways you'll bring value to the team
This isn't a typical HR role.
We're looking for someone who feels genuine discomfort at the sight of inefficiency and won't rest until that process is smarter, faster, and scalable.
You will lead our People Operations team, being the driving force behind our operational excellence; taking ownership of the systems, processes, and experiences that define the entire employee lifecycle.
You'll have the autonomy to not just tweak what exists, but to build, design, and implement new solutions from the ground up.
If you are a resourceful builder who is passionate about leading a team that will create seamless systems and is ready for a role with massive impact, we want to hear from you.
Design & Optimise:
You will own our People Ops tech stack and workflows.
Your mission is to identify inefficiencies, source and implement new tools where needed, and automate manual work to create a world-class employee experience.
Build & Scale:
From onboarding to off-boarding and everything in between, you will design and document processes that can scale globally.
You'll bring a step-change in how we approach our core HR policies and procedures.
Inspire & Manage the Team:
Lead our People Operations team.
Your focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and developing your team members, empowering them to do their best work.
You'll act as the key point of escalation and inspire the team by setting a high bar for operational excellence.
Own Major Company-wide Projects:
You will play a critical role in delivering key People initiatives, such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys, ensuring they are run flawlessly.
Champion Data & Compliance:
You will ensure our data is pristine, our practices are compliant across all jurisdictions, and we are constantly using insights to make smarter decisions for the business.
Collaborate Across Functions:
You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Partner, Finance, Legal & IT to align processes & ensure a seamless & integrated employee experience from end to end.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4-5+ years in a hands-on operations role.
This could be in People Ops, Rev Ops, Biz Ops, or a similar field where you've been responsible for systems, processes, and automation.
A builder's mindset and a passion for learning.
You are resourceful, deeply curious, and love the challenge of building something from scratch.
You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and can quickly learn and adopt new tools.
A natural instinct for process improvement.
You can see the big picture and the small details, and you have a proven track record of making things measurably better.
Leadership Skills.
You are a clear communicator who can motivate and inspire your team.
You lead by example and can coach & develop your team to excellence.
Strong EQ.
You have a strong sense of discretion, pragmatism, and an ability to navigate the human element of HR with sound judgment.
How You'll Stand Out:
Experience with our tools: HiBob, Jira, Kamsa, Ledgy, GSuite, Slack, Notion.
Exposure to benefits, global mobility, or compensation operations.
People management experience
What to Expect After You Apply
You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon.
If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process.
The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
