We are currently seeking a highly skilled Reservation Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless booking experience for our guests.

This role requires the ability to manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring all reservations are up-to-date and efficiently processed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest room reservations and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue;
  • Maintaining and updating our reservations system to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner;

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Show knowledge of booking systems and CRM software;
  • Familiarity with the Hotsoft booking system is highly desirable;
  • Be a fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Possess strong networking and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction;

The package on offer includes a competitive rate of €15.00 per hour, as well as other benefits discussed at interview stage. The job is a 5-day roster, Monday to Sunday.
