Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills looking for a challenging role where you can make a difference? We seek a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our campus-based personnel.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for client-facing teams with minimal supervision. They will receive and resolve user tickets through electronic systems, documenting all actions taken and communicating effectively with the user community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for client-facing teams
  • Resolve user tickets through electronic systems
  • Document all actions taken and communicate effectively
  • Install and configure company-standard applications
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Teamwork skills with experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365, Windows Operating Systems, VPN client software (Citrix), and Desktop tools (Bomgar)
  • A+ Certification or equivalent required
  • Minimum 12 months of desktop support experience
