Job Title

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our dispensary team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medicines to customers, while also maintaining appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy.
  • This is a key leadership role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the dispensary team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate records of medicine deliveries and ensure compliance with pharmacy guidelines.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives.

  • Proven leadership experience within a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
