Key Account Manager Role

You will play a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for developing and executing profitable market share winning plans. Your key objective is to drive business growth through effective customer engagement and strategic partnership development.

About the Job:
  1. Lead customer contact strategy, building powerful relationships cross-functionally at all levels.
  2. Analyse data sets to inform commercial planning, optimising KPI delivery and driving portfolio range decisions.
  3. Deploy customer insight to identify optimal product mixes and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Negotiate customer agreements with full alignment on variables and deliverables.
  5. Develop promotional plans, including revenue, trade spend, and activation details.
  6. Provide timely input into internal planning processes, leveraging multiple data sets to create business insights.
  7. Deliver monthly and weekly category reporting using advanced systems.
Requirements:
  • Prior P&L budget responsibility.
  • Skilled negotiation and ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Category management experience, with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of personal development, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
