Clubhouse Operations Manager Role

The Clubhouse Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the clubhouse, ensuring seamless delivery of hospitality services and exceeding customer expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled hospitality professional to take on a leadership role, driving business growth and success within a 5-star resort environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all operational areas of the clubhouse, including bar and lounge operations, staff management, and facilities maintenance.

As a key member of the resort team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a positive guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in hospitality operations management, preferably in a 5-star resort environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of organisational brand standards and a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives.
