Job Description\

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Systems Manager in the development and improvement of financial reporting and processing systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including implementation of and upgrades to various financial systems, investigating and resolving financial systems related queries, collaborating with IT to resolve issues arising within the financial management system and related financial applications.

You will also be responsible for daily validation checks, preparing and submitting VAT Returns, preparing and submitting the quarterly VIES Return, preparing and submitting the annual Third-Party Returns, processing and importing certain charges into the financial system each month, and ad hoc reporting requests including development of new reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a third-level degree in a relevant subject and two years' experience working with financial systems. Prior exposure to legal or professional service financial management systems is preferred, as well as knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel, SSRS, and T-SQL.

The ideal candidate will also have strong communication, organisational, numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues, work to deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
