We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that involves ensuring that all our guests receive the highest level of service before, during and after their stay.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. They will also be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- To warmly welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs to deliver an exceptional service.
- To assist guests with luggage, directions, transport arrangements and local recommendations.
- To manage guest cars in accordance with procedures and ensure the safe handling of belongings.
- To maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and local amenities to assist with reservations for taxis, restaurants, theatres, flights and events.
- To handle guest correspondence and enquiries (telephone, email, in person) with professionalism and efficiency.
- To ensure smooth communication with colleagues and management, attending briefings and training sessions.
- To uphold standards, policies and security responsibilities at all times.
- To support with night porter duties when required.
- You will have previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role.
- You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- You will have a professional appearance and a genuine passion for guest service.
- You will have knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options and other amenities.
- You will be flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
