At Fields Retail Limited, we're seeking a skilled Customer Experience & Sales Development Professional to join our team.

Job Description

We're looking for a sales-focused individual who can deliver exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, following up on leads, and proactively driving conversions.

  • Contact post-purchase customers to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and increase lifetime value
  • Engage high-value and repeat customers with product launches, exclusive offers, and personalised recommendations
  • Contact customers who left their orders incomplete, assisting them in finalising purchases
  • Follow up with V12 customers to secure sales, including declined payments and pending contracts
  • Identify opportunities to enhance orders by recommending complementary products or services

You'll also handle customer inquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach, always seeking to turn interactions into sales opportunities. Additionally, you'll respond to messages and comments on social media, providing quick and effective customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Proactively contact post-purchase customers to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and increase lifetime value
  • Clienteling: Engage high-value and repeat customers with product launches, exclusive offers, and personalised recommendations
  • Abandoned Cart Outreach: Contact customers who left their orders incomplete, assisting them in finalising purchases
  • Finance Sales Support: Follow up with V12 customers to secure sales, including declined payments and pending contracts
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance orders by recommending complementary products or services
  • Customer Service & Retention: Handle customer inquiries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach, always seeking to turn interactions into sales opportunities
  • Social Media Engagement: Respond to messages and comments on social media, providing quick and effective customer support

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and manage various customer interactions efficiently.
