
Sales Revenue Growth Specialist

**Job Description**: As a key contributor to our sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth and make a significant impact on our company's trajectory. Your expertise in selling MarTech SaaS solutions and experience working with C-Suite/Marketing personas will be invaluable in helping us expand our client base.
We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative individual who is fluent in Polish and English, with a strong understanding of the ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain. You should have a proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets, with a minimum of 2 years' experience carrying net-new revenue quota.
The ideal candidate will be able to run the entire sales cycle from qualification to demo to driving the buying process to close, with minimal air support, while managing dozens of prospects at once. They should also be proficient in influencing and relationship building, with a growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build Klaviyo's client base
- Actively manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
- Support the success of your peers
- Exhibit Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort
- Provide guidance and support to new Account Executives
**Requirements**:
- Fluent Polish & English Speaker
- 2+ years' carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions
- Experience selling to C-Suite/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain
- Additional business-fluent French or German a bonus+
