About the Position:

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our GTM Sales Team and help us build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by showcasing the benefits of Notion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction.
  • Hold meetings with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive and open-minded attitude.
  • An ability to find creative solutions when faced with ambiguity.
