About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior project management experience, a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives and driving delivery and status reporting. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse groups and engage senior leadership effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Retail division's readiness for compliance with European regulations.
- Maintain an end-to-end view of compliance readiness within the Retail division, ensuring transparency across all levels.
- Drive delivery and status reporting for the Retail division, ensuring progress is tracked and key milestones are met.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks.
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
- Proven ability to balance high-level strategic planning with the execution of mid-level detailed tasks.
- Technology literate, with a broad understanding of technological systems and tools.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in financial management and tracking of project budgets and expenditures.
