Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Services Coordinator. As a key member of our customer service function, this individual will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relationships and delivering high-quality support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • This includes handling product returns, credit notes, and customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • The selected applicant will also liaise with logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • They will resolve customer queries and issues promptly and thoroughly, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • The position requires completing all documentation accurately and ensuring tasks align with procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel & Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting objectives and adhering to deadlines.
