Client Service Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a Client Service Account Manager to maintain and enhance exceptional client service for top-tier Treasury Services clients. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and maintain partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and demonstrate cultural awareness. They will also have proven negotiation skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
- Understand clients' business requirements and deliver bespoke solutions
- Collaborate in the development of client plans
- Promote self-service tools to reduce client inquiries
- Analyse payment activities to identify efficiencies and cross-selling opportunities
- Support Treasury Services initiatives
- Identify opportunities for product development and enhancement
Knowledge of payments products, processes, and risk policies is preferred, and proficiency in a second language (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish) is desirable.
